How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID (your name at the top) → Subscriptions → select XMuscles Pro → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do I connect Apple Health?
Go to Settings → Profile → Integrations in the app and tap "Connect" next to Apple HealthKit. You can also manage permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → XMuscles.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including workouts, health metrics, body scans, and profile information within 30 days.
Why is my health data not showing?
Make sure Apple Health is connected in Settings → Integrations. Check that you've granted XMuscles permission to read all health data types in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → XMuscles. Data syncs every 2 minutes for metrics and every 15 minutes for cardio.
How does the Apple Watch app work?
The XMuscles Watch app communicates with your iPhone via Bluetooth. Make sure both devices are paired and the XMuscles app is open on your iPhone. You can start workouts, track sets, and monitor heart rate directly from your wrist.
How do I restore my Pro subscription?
If you've previously purchased Pro, open the app → tap the paywall → scroll to the bottom → tap "Restore". Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
What is the Body Battery score?
Body Battery is a daily score (0–100%) calculated from your heart rate, HRV, sleep quality, and workout strain. It estimates your body's readiness for training. It updates every 30 minutes when heart rate data is available.
Can I use XMuscles without Apple Health?
Yes. You can use Manual Mode to enter health metrics manually. However, automatic syncing from Apple Health provides the best experience for Body Intelligence LAB features.
